After our design was approved on the very first iteration, we assumed end-to-end operational accountability for the project. Our goal was clear: fully liberate the client’s team from administrative overhead so they could focus exclusively on high-stakes negotiations. We engineered the structural framework, selected materials, ran the production tender, and orchestrated complex international logistics through to final on-site installation in Nuremberg. Additionally, our team at MARKQUEN Studio designed and crafted custom furniture for the meeting zone, providing a single point of contact for all technical, service, and production deliverables.
